Verna is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions, compare plans to what your specific needs are and helps you understand your benefits, their costs and how to plan your out of pocket costs if there are any. My husband and I are on 2 separate plans due to varied health needs. I’m on a medicare advantage plan that has worked very well for me this first year and I chose to continue with it this next year too. Verna is very honest and forthright we are glad to have found her. We had visited with 3 other people and did not feel comfortable.

Verna is so very nice and really helped me alot. She is the best, really cares about people.
